I have to say that I actually like the stock trigger. Now, I give all my stock Glock triggers the 25 cent trigger job. Smoother than out of the box, a touch lighter pull (maybe a half pound), and zero issues. Are there better triggers on the market? Yes. Just remember, you can't upgrade your way to mastering the fundamentals. No matter the gun or trigger, the primary limiting factor in a guns speed and accuracy is the person pulling the trigger. Sure, when I pull the stock trigger on my glock slowly, I notice all the imperfections people complain about, but when I'm actually at the range shooting, I notice ZERO of those imperfections. If you are unfortunate enough to need your gun to defend your self or another, you will not notice the trigger pull, and if you haven't already mastered the fundamentals, then a trigger upgrade isn't going to matter.
@Swamprowdy

And if you are in a self defense situation, you won't be shooting to reset. You will be so jacked-up, reset and light trigger action won't be your main concern; saving your life will be #1. When I shoot my stock G19, I practice more caombat shooting, and not 1 inch groups shooting to reset.

Jeeze, I thought we were talking triggers. My EDC is a Sig P938 and my full sized open carry is a 1911 converted to 460 Rowland ( In the woods mostly). And finally, my mid size concealed carry is a HK P90 with the LEM trigger. This lineup hasn’t changed in over a decade except the Rowland conversion. I get it, fundamentals and in reality you better not shoot anyone from an appreciable distance or you’re going to prison. So the fact that I’m able to hit an 18 inch plate from 100 yds with a 2011 or Shadow 2 isn’t going to be relevant in a likely self defense situation and a light trigger is a liability when you have a 190 bpm heartbeat and someone is shooting at you. Thus the significant rd count and holster wear on the above choices.

I love deep mountain camping and that combo saves space and weight and has served me extremely well for years. Had my backpack rigged out for the PCC that can separate. I know people will tell me there are better pistols and PCCs but honestly if the system isn't broke I'm not going to waste my money changing it up. I'm not a Glockhead. This trigger was better for my 19 MOS, but not exceptional. I just picked up a Johnny Glock combat trigger for my 43x and it is outstanding. You clearly get what you pay for and I’m worth the extra money. Johnny G I’ll be ordering more triggers, thank you.

Johnny Glock gives away all of his trade secrets in his KZitem videos...I did his complete polish and edge-break job with a dremel and polishing compound on my 43X MOS on an Overwatch Precision flat face drop in...along with a GhostInc connector...Night and day difference now and actually as good as my Sig that I had a trigger job done. And literally takes like 15 minutes to do if you follow his great instructions.

I own a few Glocks, and they are great, BUT it bothers me that you should, not have to, replace the sights, trigger, and maybe put some Talon Grips on. They are like the Honda Civic, you can depend on them, but many other brands have much better features for lower prices.
@lens7859

@Just As I said, "not have to" . All of mine are stock. I think people make such a issue about triggers and sights, you just have to be proficient with your different firearms. If I wanted my 19 to be as good as my SIG I would have to change out the trigger and sights, but it's not that important to spend the money on, especially on a gun I don't carry .

Great gun, but the hollow roll pin takedown on the p10c is a PITA. Kept having to order extra pins and wait weeks sometimes if the ends splinter is no fun, something to be said for availability of parts and easy takedowns on Glocks.

Roger that on the cheap sights ! I do like the Glock. But everytime I get one I cuss them for those plastic sights. There is no reason, for what the Glock cost, to not have metal sights. And I've never been a fan of the screw on front sight set up. I've had more than one front sight come loose. And I agree, I've never had a problem with the Glock trigger.

You should do a review on the Holosun 509T with the primary arms ACSS reticle. IT’S GREAT!!! It’s easy to put the trigger back together if you use the Glock punch as a “slave” to help ld the spring back while sliding the trigger bar in place.

Lightened triggers on Glocks give me pause. Generally means lighter striker springs, leading to light primer strikes. But, I guess we’ll see.

Best holster options on the market, $25 OEM magazines, parts availability, SOCOM, Federal law enforcement, State law enforcement use them, less chance of getting a lemon then any other manufacturer, and if you do get a lemon, Glock wont make you wait or give you trouble about repair even when warranty is out. Simply the best duty/combat pistols there is.

Why do I like Glock? Because I can find stuff for it ANYWHERE mags holsters sights you name it ANYWHERE places that don’t sell guns sometimes have stuff for Glock. Now admittedly you almost get the same with smith and Wesson and that’s why I made the jump but I’ll always keep a Glock.

On a pistol that has just a trigger safety to serve as a false sense of security against accidental discharges, why would anybody want to convert their traditional semi-cocked striker into effectively a single action trigger? The "Glock Safe Action" system with a semi-cocked striker gets turned intoa 1911 in condition 0. The striker arrangement becomes less fail safe AND the trigger pull gets even lighter.
