You made me laugh when you said “ shit got real” with the door😂. I purchased a different greenhouse and almost had a nervous breakdown putting it together myself. I’m glad I got it now that it’s done.

@@TylerMossop Yeah, that is common, you probably need to put that in differently just like the door. The trick is usually to ignore their order and pre-assembly in sections and put those together in order not while it is 10 feet in the air or (in the case of the door) vertical.

You mentioned something about the poly carbonate letting in too much light. Can you speak more about this? How have you experienced the greenhouse after a year?

Sometimes ppl will put up some net type blankets over the greenhouse to reduce the amount of light.

I just finished the 6 x 6 last weekend. It is a six-hour job for two people. While some pieces did not fit correctly, it is still a better quality than Harbor Freight.

Tyler, just saw ur video. I think this will be a good buy for our small homestead also. One question though... How did u transport from garage to ur property? Just by yourself? How heavy did u find it? Thanks! Wayne

Great question! It’s pretty light even when completely build. 2 people can comfortably transport it to the base set up fairly easily.

@@JaySinghIsImmature It is partly true though, I have a 12' x 12' Gazebo from them. They had to send me a lot of replacement parts that were both sent damaged and damaged in shipping. I did my own assembly until the last part. I had tow addition friend come over to move it, mostly due to size. The top is corrugated and has had 3 feet of snow on it, with that weight you do not want to bump it, it swayed quite a bit but it can take two feet fine. This is has more slope and may not accumulate snow much.

With nothing around the greenhouse to block it from the wind, is that a concern as it can come in all directions or entirely on the greenhouse? Do you think a strong wind like a tornado(not saying you have them where you are)could pick up the green house? Is the area where you stand inside the greenhouse concrete or just gravel?

I’ve used a 4 post system, so it’s much stronger than what most people do.

What usually happen with single ply greenhouse panels it they bend in the strong wind (not even a tornado) and pop out. You need double layer polycarbonate and unless you are building it yourself that is a lot more expensive. Their larger one use dual layer polycarbonate for the roof but not the wall. PS - These are made in Canada.

Seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!! That door is a nightmare. The PVC [part 318] for the roof was missing and it took me weeks to find the right person to send me replacements. Therefore, the door came way after the bulk of the assembly. By the way, when I finished the door it was backward!!!! I need to redo it but took a break. Thanks for the video [after the fact] Roscoe
