So as a professional speedsofter. I can say that this video and I mean this with all respect. Does not bring to fruition the true nature of a hairline trigger. The hair trigger was designed for competitive play and to simply give us HPA users an edge. The reason AEG users get upset with HPA users about hair triggers is because due to the FCU and the triggerboard. Our guns have the fastest trigger response in airsoft. you can tune an AEG (aka a DSG) to perfection and it might be close but at the end of the day HPA will always have a faster trigger response. With this being said. HPA users and companies have created these adjustable speed triggers that allow somebody like me to make whats called a Hairline trigger. Now in the wrong hands these things can be dangerous yes. But thats airsoft for you. Personally I see no problem with a hair trigger. If you cant keep up with somebody of our caliber using a hair trigger. Train your semi speed. Get better technique. Heck even buy a mosfet (Aeg users) but stop trying to handicap us HPA users for the problems that lie within your skills and your AEGs. In an AEG gearbox you have gears and wires and so every click makes the gears spin to fire a shot. Install 1:1 gears. Get a better motor. or go the cheaper route and buy your own speed trigger. Stop trying to take away what makes HPA. HPA. We have spent the time and money tuning our guns to the way we want and to be honest we don't really care about AEG people crying about it. Just get a faster semi auto finger. The more you play the faster it can get. HPA is not the problem. the things that are the problem are the people that abuse HPA to hurt people and AEG users trying to limit us HPA users for their own problems.

So I have two builds (hpa and aeg) with tuned speed triggers and the safety idea doesn’t work since you can file down the safety a little bit and then the tuned triggers can have a functioning safety and still be hair tuned

Instead of handicapping players that aren’t sheer beginners how about you simply make the beginners more aware of what will happen on the field? When I first started out (about 7 or 8 months ago) there was absolutely no hand holding whatsoever. I got my rental package and thrown to the wolves which forced me to improve rapidly due to me playing against players that had more experience and had way better guns than me. Experience is the greatest teacher not hand holding and participation trophies because they’re bEgInNeRs, they have to learn the ropes (just like with any sport/skill) and learn what it is they are doing wrong and how to correct it. I’ve got an hpa engine and hair trigger in my primary rifle and have NEVER overshot anybody. While I do agree with you on how the rifle setup does give a HUGE advantage to a player I do not agree with excluding and handicapping them due to their setup. I will say however that a lot of the little kids I’ve seen (as well as teens and some adults even) with their hpa builds do tend to not call their hits, act immensely immature, and just overall be toxic because mY gUn Is BeTtEr ThAn YoUrS, but that ultimately boils down to the player not the setup

I might have to update this video because the intention is to keep hair triggers just get rid of the ones where you don’t even move the trigger. And correct me if I’m wrong but can’t you just adjust a screw and slightly un-tune a trigger? I don’t want to get rid of hair triggers just the ones with unnecessary speed.

you cant have an Hpa trigger unless you have an HPA build. And if you have an HPA build you don't need a mosfet since hpa is instant trigger response
