What bond did you use to seal the knots, and what was the dilution? I want to start trying this on my clients lace toupee\system. They are beginning to shed more quickly then I'd like. They are fragile v loop knots in the front so as to create an extremely authentic hair line. Thank you in advance for your knowledge. Hugs and tugs

Dear Sir, your work is really amazing. I am trying to be a wig maker and i am a beginner. I just follow your knotting techniques and the product turn out very well. My only drawback while making lace frontals is that the hair tangles only in the root and it is fine in the middle section and the tail section of the hair. Could you please advice what is going wrong at the root section of the hair which cause the hair to tangle ?
@SuperWigMaker
7 жыл бұрын
Yes the hair has scales and the return part of the root falls backwards thus creates a tangle effect. We either remove the scales of the root part of the bulk hair that will be falling as a return or we keep the returns about 5cm/2" in order to keep them short enough not to cause a problem.
@yogeshgajendran7573

Dear Sir, thank you very much for your response in spite of your busy schedule. Definitely i shall work according to you advice. Can you recommend any home made solution which can remove the scales with least damage to the hair ?

I actually have two of them the first time I did it by hand and it was because I didn't have a drawing mat, Then I did it with a bristle brush, still slower than with the mat, but at least it was much faster. Now I do it with the drawing mat but I have it done inside order videos so it is not a stand alone video. Anyway the first time I did it by hand is this video: kzitem.info/news/bejne/tpt_sHidqX16fJw The bristle brush video is here: kzitem.info/news/bejne/2o2Qrm1qi5V3rKA and if you get a drawing mat, then it is the same to the bristle brush, just bigger scale.

Yvonne Ihekwaba, Hi there, I'm not sure if the Super Wig Maker does, but I am a wig maker myself and I buy all of my laces including film laces which is 15 HD lace from www.thewigdepartment.com they are cheaper than banbury postiche and post internationally. I would suggest you take a look. They also have a great back lace for foundations, that I use, that is called Film Base. Hope this helps. Kind Regards Gavin

Hi, I live in Denmark and would like to have you make a hairline for me. I am transgender so I have a widow's peak but would like a more feminine hairline. I have long hair so I would be able to send you my own hair to work with, though you might have to add some gray or white hair into it as my front hairline is lighter than the hair in the back. How much would you charge? The hairline I need is two crescent shapes on each side of the middle front, about two cm at the broadest point. My skin is very fair and my hair is medium ash blonde.
@peepla7

Freyja Svansdóttir widow's peak ARE feminine. I'm a girly looking girl and I've had a widow's peak since I was a child. embrace your unique attributes cuz not every one has one. that being said....the ventilation allows you to get any hair line you want.
@freyjasvansdottir9904

peepla7 Apart from my hairline I also have a heavy brow ridge which definitely outs me as a transgender woman. Because I don't have the financial means to have that surgically altered I hide it with heavy bangs. My receding hairline at the temples makes the bangs thin and flimsy at the sides. But thanks for the pep talk :)
@peepla7

Freyja Svansdóttir brows are in this year. there's brow make-up now. instead of using mascara...there's actually a product specifically for brows. product showed up in Walgreens last week. I'll find a link for ya.
@SuperWigMaker

Well this is easy to be done, I am about to upload a video similar to what you ask here, just temple pieces. Yes I can use your hair, depending on the size the price varies, the previous time the two little temple things I did cost the guy about 30$ as a total for both of them.
@freyjasvansdottir9904
7 жыл бұрын
peepla7 I don't think you understand me. I know brows are in this year. I have no visible brows, but on the other hand I have what is called a brow ridge, that is a bone ridge along the brow line which is very masculine. Google brow ridge and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I am honestly not sure about it. What I used is liquid rubber, thinned a lot in order to make the viscosity low and so it won't set too fast and then I do this 2~3 times because dubbing out the excess takes a lot of stuff out.

Super Wig Maker Hi Super,where is it possible but liquid rubber?Do you use it to seal Knot?Could it be used to color knot as skin?Thanks a. lot..
@SuperWigMaker
7 жыл бұрын
It comes in transparent and coloured so yes it can make the lace slightly different, but the amount I put would make a tiny difference, it is semi transparent. I will probably put this in bottles and start re-selling it. I am not sure what exactly it is, it is named as liquid rubber. It could be silicon rubber or latex rubber or just another type of liquid rubber.
