If you're an athletic coach be in shape. Posture is lost, it doesn't translate well to the athlete. Ignore my torso girls focus on the movements? Gymnasts needs to have discipline and your coach should be disciplined if they expect to be a role model. Do the conditioning with them, don't abuse food, be healthy, be better.

@@HoustonEliteGymnastics You look amazing in that video I hope you can get in that range again for your own health and so you can continue to be a coach for many more decades. I'm 45 and been coaching for 22 years and kept in shape, I have lost 3 coaches including my own to diabetes and heart attacks. I wish you the best and just encourage you to be in that shape again, that was beautiful!

Bruh that's so mean. First of all, men his age usually can't stand up without using their hands let alone do a handstand. He is in good shape for his age and he is just showing the routine and choreo, not going over technique.

@@jennisakakura5778 You can curb that age nonsense, men of his age?, I'm 45 and in fantastic shape, 15 years of competitive gymnastics, now powerlifting and calisthenics, plenty of guys in their late 70 in phenomenal shape. Eat healthy and exercise. Sorry I think its important to be a influence to your students in health and skill. The man has some phenomenal talent and I was blown away with his talent. Its never to late to get back in shape for a longer healthier life to be there for your family and students. Heart disease is the #1 killer.
