I saw these in person a few years ago when it was under construction. Loved everything about them …. views, facilities and location! Only negative was I needed the 2drm to be bigger. 60sq m wasn’t enough for me. Would of been perfect if they had an 68-70sq m option. 😊

Agreed. that seems to be pretty common amongst new development here. Modern, amazing amenities put smaller spaces. check out this video on old vs new. kzitem.info/news/bejne/qWx4p3ajrZZjan4si=GE1UcBXJ4-_jPGTR

great finish but units are too tiny for my liking. Minimum space I would need 50 sqm. Great video.

Nice condo units. Just curious, is there a special "Thai price" that's cheaper for condos? Or do Thais pay the same as everyone else?

Same price.

The "Thai price" is provided to the expats. Otherwise, there will be Thai price only for locals and then the true price of x2 for expats. Other countries do not have this Thai price. Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan for example have expat prices of x2 and the locals could not afford them. So the high-rises there have mostly expats living in them. Here, I see Thais and expats equally in the high-rise. Thais just do not go out much in my experience .... they do not sunbathe for example, giving the impression there are few Thais able to buy. . The 49-51 law is what makes Thai prices uniquely low...but for how long?

It's all about perspective. In new york it would cost 5x that. plus you get access to the best of Thailand destinations and beaches.
