This add did two things. It made me never want to visit new Mexico and it also made me upgrade my HBO max to add free so wouldn't ever have to see it it again.

Ah the ancient Indian florescent orange plastic hoolahoop dance. I think I remember a news article about an archaeologist who dug up some 3000 year old plastic hoolahoops used for this exact dance.

Cultures develop. They are not stagnant. They are not isolated. Hoop dancing started in the 1930s. It reflects modern influences and continues to evolve.

@@KirlianKaleUnderstood. But the orange rings look like plastic Hula Hoops, the archetype of an American fad toy of the baby boomers. So they stand out like a sore thumb against the context, setting and feel developed in the ad. Many people are going to notice this.
