There’s always innocent people coming out of prison for crimes they never committed and not one law has been signed into effect for this yet. God help America.

The attorneys and the people involved in the allegation should now spend the same amount of time in prison.

I believe if a prosecutor could hide evidence that send’s a innocent person to jail for year’s and year’s and it’s found out he was not guilty after being in prison for a long period of time that prosecutor or prosecutor’s should also experience PRISON so they know what it’s like for a innocent person to be convicted of something that they didn’t do they should suffer the way he did‼️‼️💯💯🤬

What type of District Attorney would withhold evidence that will prove a man innocent..How many other men are in prison for crimes they didn't commit. ...It's sad how black men are use like their lives don't even matter to some people..

There are many that belong in prison and too many that don’t. A lot of prisons in LA are constructed to keep whites employed in rural towns! The prison system was designed during reconstruction in order to keep black people enslaved one way or the other and to maintain cheap labor. The corporations profit from these prisons and a lot of government officials are in on it too!

This is so sad 😢 everything has changed from what he knew 40 year’s ago hopefully he can find something that he will enjoy doing and sue the state for wrongful conviction and possibly if still alive find the real person that should have been put in prison and put him in prison for the rest of his life ‼️ how can they retry him if it’s a fact that he wasn’t even there and it’s known that prosecutor’s hid evidence that could have exonerated him⁉️⁉️

Immunity. That’s what. Must if it not all states have some kind of doctrine of sovereign immunity. Prosecutors can and do claim they acted on the information they had before. They claim they have open files which allow the defense to go and look at files in their office.

Yep he always do that a man 37 years they spent in jail another Man spent half his life in jail. This man 40 yearsThe system does already know that wasn't the person you just want to hold somebody. I think it's stupid because the person who really did the crime a still be out there and having a way of killing more people. The the justice system is.crazy the setup to take somebody .They getting old so they send out now . The system
