Best and most knowledgeable people that actually got me moving again without pain..totally recommend it to anyone in pain or in need of mobility!!!

Did exercises @ PF yesterday. After "dead bug" and other mat stretches it was painful getting up. I completed the remains standing movements & 30 minutes on the treadmill resulting in less pain than when I came to the gym. Although I think the cable pulls for rotator cuff are not being done as we did them @ Orthowell. Also, I skipped the prone chin tuck back & forth because I couldn't remember the proper form.
