Приятно наблюдать за развитием компании. Большие молодцы! Главным следующим этапом мне кажется должно быть осуществление электро питания по кабелю.

Hi, thanks for the kind thoughts. Please check out the Outland Technology Power Supply for the BlueROV2. Designed and manufactured by our friends at Outland Technology, the Outland Technology Power Supply (OTPS) allows the BlueROV2 to be powered through the tether so that you can run indefinitely and without any batteries!

Nice!! I love all of your products and software. But because of how high quality your products are it's hard for my ROV club to afford them. With that being said we did end up purchasing 4 of your t-100 thrusters (Awesome!!) A while back, to upgrade our bilge pump thrusters (diy garbage).

Hi Ian, thanks for the kind words! We're glad you like our products. We're doing our best to design products that are high quality, accessible, and affordable so that they can be used in a wide range of applications from student projects to commercial ROVs. We do have an educational discount that we'd be happy to give you in the future!

The Fathom Tether is used in conjunction with the Fathom-X Tether Interface Boards, which provide a robust, high-speed, long-distance Ethernet connection over a single pair of wires.

Hi Alan, level winders are awesome! We were doing our best to keep the cost low on this one and most of the time you're winding it by hand and it's easy enough to guide the tether with your other hand.

i have a question in the minute 2:56, The cable does not get tangled in the Tether? ?
@BlueRobotics
4 жыл бұрын
There is a "slip ring" in the spool so that it can rotate without tangling.
