I would like to do a summary here as video length is already long. Feng Shui is only one aspect in buying properties. I would like to review on other aspects such as the price and buying strategy. The project is looking at RM5xx PSF which on new project comparison, one of the lowest in PJ Damansara.
Majority of the buyers for this new project are for own stay as the project requires down payment and they are bare units. However, you are buying a new project future price & size which are comparable to current market and it's also having a future township concept (subject to individual liking). *Check the surrounding price using iProperty.com & bickz.my
For own stay buyers, you will feel safer as most are home owners staying themselves and Exsim is a reputable developer with good workmanship. Check out Exsim past completed project exsim.com.my/gallery-twin-ark.... Before I came to know the developer, I have always feel that its price is over the ceiling. But once I experience its workmanship and modern architect design, I understand where the value comes.
On the other hand, if you are buying for investment, do bear in mind that it requires upfront cash flow and also longer maturity point for the whole township to develop. However, the rental should be able to cover the installment if you put in some thoughts to your unit (Makeover, Co living etc).
In the video, I mentioned to review Exsim projects first but I figured it does not make sense as those of you who are surveying PJ areas will not go according to developer but area. So, I have decided to do most of the PJ new projects first =)
