I don’t usually comment but I loved this interview! I’m a new agent as of 3 weeks ago and have been working my sphere but don’t feel like I’m getting after it as hard as I could be. I definitely need to start calling FSBO’s/expireds. Thanks for your time and advice gents I appreciate it greatly👍

Brandon, Vince is a student that you wish you had all the time sign up. He has been 100% moldable. You were able to teach him reverse selling so effectively that he should be your poster child. To have six follow up texts and finally get a listing is exactly the consistency the agents have to do in order to get business. You're absolutely right agents bail after the second attempt thinking the potential seller doesn't want to do anything. They really need to see who's persistent. Love him, love you and your book. So on point and refreshing to read

Lots of great ideas and truths here, Brandon. For the new agents, I would underscore the importance of having a good financial cushion to carry them while they’re ramping up their business.

@@Kslater23 I feel you. I didn’t know anything about RE and I was broke and sick for 5 yrs and just had surgery. I am healing, single and have no help so it would have been nice to know how expensive RE is to start. You don’t find out about anything until after you get your license bc the school didn’t teach me anything but laws. Never give up though, might take a little longer than others who have money but don’t give up! 🙏💚✨

How do you work with an agitated FSBO that doesn't want to list with an agent and asks "why do you want to walk through the house if you don't have a buyer for it" usually I would say something like "well I would like to see your home so I can know the inventory better." Usually they have a confused vibe when I want see the house without a buyer

Based on this video and social media not working upfront… a person could change their name on the 1st, move to a new market on the 2nd and have a listing within a week and every week thereafter. Within 18 months, all the old prospects, followups, and new social medial contacts will convert?!?! Trill

Hey Brandon, how do we manage making 100 contacts a day along with doing listing appointments/showings ect. ? Do you suggest just calling 8am through 11 or 12 then doing appointments/showings? Or do you ever have other agents help with doing showings and just do commission splits with them? Thanks!
@BrandonMulrenin
2 жыл бұрын
1. You don’t need 100 contacts a day, more like 20-30 to hit your goals. 2. In order to scale your business, truly scale, you’ll have to give up working with buyers and commit 100% to being a listing agent. This will allow you to control your time and income. 3. Yes, find another agent to delegate your buyers to. There’s plenty out there they will never prospect and therefore would live to service your clients.
