I have 3 sets of these, they work well on my Injora rock buggy but sort of just okay on my scx10 2 and fitted a set to a cheap ftx crawler and they were like pogo sticks this is despite fine tuning, greasing with green slime and playing with different oil weights

I bought a set of these... Not surprisingly, within 4 packs, half the Oil leaked oot! HOWEVER, I rebuilt them, using Team Associated "X-RINGS" instead of the Injora O-Rings... And they haven't leaked a DROP since!! 👍👍 The X-Rings are more expensive and harder to find - but absolutely WORTH IT!

I'm looking for suspension for non RC purposes; I want to put shock absorbers on my sim rig underneath my mousepad to absorb any shocks/blows/abuse that it can endure from my playing. I for the life of me can't find the pressure limits of RC shock absorbers, do you know how many kg these things can handle? Do you know if there's any shock absorbers that are a class above RC but a class below bikes?

Sorry pal, I'm not too sure about these spring rates. You could get big, 1/5 scale shocks. Check out the Losi DBXL, it's massive! The shocks for it might be what you need?

I have them in my D110 hard body based on Injora metal chassis frame. They are not great, I found some problems. First is with rubber gasket. If you screw cap top much, gasket will fall into cylinder. Second one is with thread whitch is too short, so you can adjust spring with limited range. Third problem is travel range, shaft could be longer making shocks work better. I would recommend blue one from Injora, I think they are better.

It is always something to keep in mind that a very carefully executed nip with a Dremel or even a craft knife to nibble a little off the shock pistons if they do seem a tad tight, it has worked well for me.

@@beingre_bornbrb I'm running 35wt oil in mine along with the stiff springs in the rear (with the cage on top to add weight) and if you watch my last running video, the rebound on the shocks looks pretty sweet.
