I did an MLC in oder of knowing more about IP law. Before my law degree, I had successfully patented my own inventions after the patent lawyers botched the applications thus my patent applications being declined by the IP Office. I have also a postgraduate degree in mechanical production engineering and exceptionally adept in product reverse engineering. All along I had no idea that I had a knack for contract law. I have been approached by people who we’re going to be evicted from their homes or places of business and successfully win their cases in court after registered lawyers had turned them down on concept that their cases were hopeless and cannot be won. I understand that I am breaking the law, but shouldn’t a person engage the person who will represent them best in a court of law? I do not charge anything for my contract law services though I have won every case and at times praised by the judge for the way that I handle my defence. I would have done the SQEs so that I can register myself, but the the problem are the multiple answer questions which I do not agree with the given answers. As an Autistic person I cannot help wondering about several things regarding a given situation. I feel that instead of just the five answers to choose from, there should be a sixth there which I can express myself, I win my cases because I always bring into consideration facts that most lawyers miss or can never think of. I should be allowed to practice law on a NO WIN NO FEE basis so that there is no chance of my defrauding clients.
