Most RS bikes will surely be ridden on the road, it seams backwards to me too. Most RS owners are probably looking for a do it all road bike. Fun at the weekends and possibly a few trips away throughout the year. This is the problem when professional testers test anything, they take it to the track and thrash the living daylights out of it. You could understand if the manufacturers said it’s a track bike but surely when it’s going to be sold mainly as,a road bike most riders/buyers are interested in what it’s like on the road, how reliable is it, what’s the dealer back up like and am I going to enjoy owning it.
