Srt servos these were the go to when the old pr team was a thing. Think it's the 9012 you want, I'm still running mine after 4 years never missed a beat.

I can recommend AGFRC servos. AGFRC make Protek and Tekin servos, amongst others. AGFRC often have deals on Amazon. I have one in my SB401RT and it hasnt missed a beat.

So underrated the PR 401 Type R’s. Love mine. Good laps you got.

I'm late to watching this but I like the AGFRC A81BHP. It's in that $100 - $110 range in the US on Amazon so I would guess it's in your budget ballpark there. I use the transmitter to slow it down a touch but I have really liked it in my B7 and T6.4 stadium truck. 7.5 turn is like mod wheeler where I run. Stock class for wheeler here is 13.5 turn and they're already really fast on a 13.5. 7.5 must be beastly

I got a Gens ACE RedLine 130c and swear by these......power power power...and that C stands for compact, so, it's nice and as light as a battry of its kind is. Where did you snag up te i hardware again?i Left my RC10 lite team edition in the garage 1 night and just like that....rust.....and a fair bit of it. I was taken back as to how quickly it had done that. Last but not least, old race nd if only a touch more focus and concentration , you would have slayed the race......afteral, you did come back into contention with thhose mixups having hapenned..... and damn that punch when it gets going`` with the get go....

SRT servos are good. I find KO Propo the best though

I think you achieve most all of that, simply by getting the correct tires on not other stuff. Or at least very little only changing set up around what you had but now you got a fast car and clearly you need to learn how to pass. Then you take your next step forward. -U10

Having watched some of your setup and race videos you strike me as a fan of Ryan Harris. If you start taking a soldering iron trackside that'll confirm.

So which would you lift first to go racing, this or the b74.2?
@RCKickschannel

Honestly can’t give you a solid answer as I have never had a B74.2. All I can say is my SB401 Type R is a bloody track weapon and it can totally outperform my driving skills. I can tell as every now and again I’ll accidentally do something or make a mistake on the track and the car reacts and I take the group of corners way faster lol. It’s like the car is telling me I’m rubbish lol. I did find you need to shave some of the baby fat off the SB401 to get it down to the 4WD minimum weight but the car will thank you for it. Quality of the SB401 is exactly the same as my beloved B6.4 so that I can say with confidence.

If you have a standard radio agf servos are the best by far. If you have a hrs radio the. Futaba cb500 servo is almost instant response.

Shocks and AR Bars are tuning parts to fit the track you are running on, this is totally normal for all racing buggies. Making a buggy lighter is also a standard thing to do to help tuning, so it's not like I'm fixing any design issues.
