you need to add a section of alloy sluice box to prevent overhang, plus you need to slow the flow between 65 and 75 You need to reduce hight on the sluice to 6.75 degree up to 7 degree pending likes dislikes your loosing gold as you feed to tailings these matt's catch 95℅ Hope you don't mind me mentioning this ❤

Your second video indicates the water flow to hard, You need to note your feed should run from the feed and displace evenly down the Matting spreading out evenly from point of feed,,the black sand simply is moving to fast this is waterflow, You need to check sluice level and degree set up as previously mentioned, If you watch the feed your feed is moving over to the right side this indicates sluice unevenness, The flow should be a smooth water flow down the matting which increases the capture rate significantly your tailings should at the end of the bucket feed be less than 5℅ You mention this is the first time using this matting, I notice you don't have a black ribed matting at top of the feed, A black matting ribed will help you to see the gold on the top feed end rubber river matting can obtain from same providers,,hope this helps you get there,,video content nice job well done❤Check out Flour Gold Wizard / Jason How his finishing sluice is set up,, and degree, flow capture rates. Way to go😅

Thanks for the advice. Like I said in the video I don’t have that much experience with this mat. The uneven flow was due to the header box not sitting in there straight. This is something I’m working on trying to fix with some rigid wedges.
