Pandan ant nest cake
assalamualaikum
Material :
400 gr sugar / 27 tbsp (according to taste)
440 ml of water
2 SKM sachets
1 sachet of instant coconut milk
100 gr margarine
160 gr of medium protein flour / 16 tbsp
160 gr tapioca flour / 16 tbsp
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
4 eggs
Can add 1/4 tsp vanilla
Pandan paste 1 tsp
Baking pans 24
Notes :
Stir the dough in one direction so that the results are fibrous.
Make sure the developer is still active.
Use good quality baking soda so it doesn't get bitter.
