FOR PINATA BALL
White Chocolate - 500 gms
Any color - few drops
Silicon Semisphere molds - 1 or 2
Procedure :
1. Melt chocolate in microwave for 1 to 2 mins with 30 secs intervals. Mix in between and melt until it's completely in melted state.
2. Add desired color and mix it.
3. Pour the chocolate into silicon mold and coat it.
4. keep in fridge for setting for 10 mins.
5. Give 2 more chocolate coats in the above process and let it set.
6. Demold carefully and keep it ready.
CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE
Ingredients :
Sugar - 100 gms
Flour - 63 gms
Cocoa Powder - 20 gms
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Egg - 1
Warm water - 60 gms
Milk - 65 gms
Oil - 30 gms
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Procedure:
1. Measure all the ingredients separately and keep it ready.
2. Grease and line 6 inch round cake mold.
3. In a large bowl add all dry ingredients mix together and keep it aside.
4. In another bowl whisk together all the wet ingredients.
5. Now mix wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until there are no lumps.
6. Pour the batter in the cake mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 mins.
7. Once it's completely baked, take out & leave it to cool completely.
8. Trim any uneven tops and Cut it horizontally into layers and keep it aside.
FOR CHOCOLATE GANACHE
Dark chocolate - 250 gms
Amul Cream - 125 gms
Procedure:
1. Add cream and chocolate in a bowl and microwave at 30 secs burst and mix it in between and heat until there are no lumps.
2. Leave it to cool down before you use.
PINATA CAKE:
1. Take a cake board and apply some melted chocolate on it.
2. Place chocolate semisphere on board and stick it.
3. Pipe some ganache into the semisphere and place a cake layer.
4. Pipe ganache on top of the cake layer and repeat this process until the brim of semisphere.
5. Pipe ganache on top, level it and sprinkle some edible sprinkles.
6. Apply little bit of melted chocolate on the edges and close it with another semisphere.
7. Seal both the semispheres with melted chocolate and stick ribbon on the patch.
8. Decorate as you desire and enjoy 😊
