Oven :
Bake 170℃ / for about 1hour 10min~20min after then
Place and cool it in oven for at least 1 hour
*When you use Ø18cm round pan, should bake it 1 hour
Ingredient
:: Ø15cm round high cheesecake (250ml = 1 cup) or Ø18cm round low cheese cake ::
● Crust (Ø 15cm / Ø 18cm)
80g (2/3cup) / 120g (1Cup) digestive biscuits
20g (1+1/3Tbsp) / 30g (2Tbsp) melted butter
● Cheesecake
500g (2pack=2cup) room temperature cream cheese
150g (1/2+1/4cup) sugar
1g (1/4tsp) salt
2 eggs (If it's possible, should use only 100g of eggs)
15g (1Tbsp) lemon juice
20g (2+1/2Tbsp) all purpose flour (I made mistake, not 15g, 20g is right)
150g (1/2cup + 1Tbsp) sour cream

60g (60ml) milk
