Today we are making a light, creamy, fluffy, easy New York-style cheesecake recipe. This cake is sweet with a light, delicate texture with a crunchy Graham cracker base. Top it with strawberries and cover in a strawberry sauce for extra flavor. This simple easy is sure to impress everyone.
Ingredients:
CRUST
12 graham crackers, ~170g
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, 70g
2 tablespoons sugar, 30g
1/8 teaspoon salt
FILLING
32 oz cream cheese, at room temperature, 904g
2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 30g flour
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ lemon
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
Strawberry sauce:

Instructions:
1) Crush graham crackers into crumbs, combine with melted butter, sugar, salt and mix.
2) Place in springform pan, press to form layer. Bake in oven at 375F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside
3) In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and mix until even. Then add vanilla, lemon juice, and salt and mix. Add 4 eggs, mix in one at a time. Make sure mixture is even.
4) Allow oven to come down to 325F. Wrap pan in aluminum foil to prevent water from leaking in. Add spring foam pan to separate pan and pour in boiling water to create a water bath.
5) Bake at 325F for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then turn off oven and leave cake in the oven for another 30-45 minutes to finish baking.
6) Remove cake from oven and rest in fridge for at least 8 hours.
7) Prepare strawberries ( • Korean Strawberry Milk... ) to place on top of cake.
