Bed-Stuy has completely changed from when I lived there. Once upon a time, there were no cafes, trendy restaurants, doggy parlors, futuristic condos and the only tall apartment buildings were “the projects” 😂; while we always had beautiful brownstones, there were entire blocks of burned out brownstones & apartment buildings; 4br brownstones used to go for just $150-$225K in 2000!!! Now, those same brownstones go for $1.5M and up 😮…while it’s good the area is safer, I miss the since of community and organic natural feel of the area. Too much gentrification can destroy a neighborhood. But, we live in a capitalist society so it’s all about supply & demand 🤷🏽♂️

It's been a long day in my love Brooklyn Julien! Great walking tour as well full of beautiful buildings, people dancing in the street to not copyrighted music/Block Party in Fulton Street 😉/ and a few vintage cars including tiny Citröen 2CV/38:40/. People dancing in Fulton Street reminded me my favorite music video "Dancing in the street" with Bowie and Jagger in a leading roles/such an awesome duo they were!/. Thanks for the tour my friend. Bon weekend! 🇫🇷✨❤

Hello Eugene, i remember the Bowie Concert, ~ 75 000 Spectators and free Entry for everyone in West-Berlin 1987 in front of the Reichstag, direct at the Berlin Wall. ~ 5000 Young People from East-Berlin try to hear the Music from the East at the Brandenburg Gate, but they would clubbed down by the East German Boarder Troops and the State Security Police. Bowie lived together with Iggy Pop from 1976 until 1979 in an alternative Squat, without paying rent in West-Berlin. Have a nice Weekend and stay safe and healthy and please excuse my English, Wolfgang Hamburg Germany

Hello my Friend, Today you show beautiful Pictures again, thank you. I had to look twice: At 38:32 a "Citroen 2 CV" , in Brooklyn, NYC. We named this Car in Germany "Ente", "Duck" in English. I once had the Pleasure during my Naval Time with a Comrade to be taken away home from Kiel (Baltic Sea) to Hamburg. We drove with ~ 80 km/h on a German Highway, what a special feeling. In NYC you also can feeling the coming Autumn. I wish you a nice Weekend and stay safe and healthy, Wolfgang Hamburg Germany 🇺🇲🇨🇵🇩🇪🇺🇦

Ok To the Person Who is Holding the Camera. You have to Watch the Ground Floor Layout out of Where You are Walking too, EveryWhere. Dude, a Joke I don't Lie, You walked On Floor Doors and Also Gates with Drops Underneath Them. Not Safe. Every One and Person Holding Camera Traveling Anywhere You Must Be Extremly Careful. Walk Around the Floor Doors. Not on A Floor Door. If You ever See a Floor Ground Door as an Entrance Never Walk into the Building, Instution and or Establishment Not Safe. No One Never Wear any Skinny Heels.
