Here I tackle brewing a New Zealand Pilsner. I'm using my brew in a bag (BIAG) setup for this all grain home brew beer. I wanted to try Nectaron hops, so I though the New Zealand Pilsner would be great way to try them. This is essentially a SMASH recipe, using just Pilsner malt and Nectaron hops. I used RO water for this brewIt's a grain to glass video, so the tasting of the finished beer is at the end. The recipe is below.
