Bobby your channel is definitely one of my favorite to watch. Like us you enjoy the outdoors. We are from the northeast coast of the island so we tend to do our cod fishing out there. We tend to have less worms in the northern cod. They make for a fine feed on the beach thats for sure.

I’m thinking about a trip to Newfoundland and going fishing,I’ve even looked up charters for cod ,you made your home province look like a great place to visit, but I’m not coming in the winter,I live in Wisconsin and at 68 I’ve seen enough days ice fishing in my life, I believe winter in Yuma Arizona is a better choice

Great video ! 10 yrs ago we came to Newfoundland and covered most of the Province , drove out to Rose Blanche as well and wanted to come back to Newfoundland ever since !! The quality of your video/picture is excellent , what phone are you using , or , amount of pixels does the phone have . We're remote here in Ontario , and looking to get our first phone , i'd sure be happy with picture quality like your video's . Thanks for your time , and channel !!!

You can’t release cod, it states in the regulations, “Retention of Atlantic halibut, Spotted and Northern wolffish, and any species of shark is prohibited. Sculpins and cunners may be released. All other groundfish caught must be retained and are part of the daily bag limit of 5 groundfish. High-grading of groundfish is not permitted and no fish are permitted to be wasted.” FYI 👍🏼

were the pickles sour mustard (looked dark like sour mustard) or sweet mustard? Good video BTW. Wish you caught that wolf fish. Would love to know all the things in our waters as it seems to be different then other places. I am desperate for a good sour mustard recipe, the pickle part is easy but the mustard not so much. Almost every recipe I see is sweet or semi sweet no good old fashion sour like Cross and Blackwell or the old version ( not new version) recipe Heinz pickachelli.
