This is very SAD COMING FROM THESE JOURNALISTS REALLY SAD INDEED AND HERE IS WHY: Judiciary in Kenya has become king and queen. A king's word is final and so is the queen's, it doesn't matter whether the king's decision will step on people rights or not it just does matter! And this, is what has become of our judiciary unfortunately. See, in our constitution the right to be represented in any court of law by a lawyer of one's choice is firmly enshrined and protected in our constitution and all who swore to work under that constitution are obligated to 100% without fail follow the constitution to the letter or to the final word that's why even a murderer or even a rapist has the right to be represented by a lawyer in a court of law! Now, masengeli like everybody else has the right under the constitution to be represnted by a lawyer and therefore what did madengeli do? he sent a lawyer to go and represent him, remember masengeli is not a lawyer that's why they say it's rather risky to argue with a judge without a presence of a lawyer because you can say something that might put you in trouble without knowing but with a lawyer on your side then things might go well. When masengeli sent a lawyer to represent him, the said judge refused Masengeli's lawyer to represent masengeli! Up to there, the question begs, was Masengeli's right of being represented by a lawyer violated? The answer to that is a resounding YES! Did the people make noise that masengelis right was being violated? NO! INFACT MANY ARE CHEERING THE JUDGE INCLUDING THESE JOURNALISTS here! Grand Mullah the other day was blocked from ever appearing infront of Supreme judges why? Because he called them corrupt, think about that! Again Grand Mulla rights to seek judges' audience a right enshrined in our constitution was violated and it stands violated to date! Did any made enough noises that people's rights are being violated right infront of our eyes by judiciary? No! Infact we are cheering the violators and this is why am saying it's really sad and very sad indeed that this is happening right infront of our eyes and no one is saying anything! Infact this media is busy cheering and cheering hard which is a shame! but let me remind people, when Grand Mullah's rights were being violated no one talked becaue we are not Grand Mullah, when Masengeli's rights were being violated, we said nothing because we are not masengeli tomorrow its gonna be you and me and there will be no one talk when your and my rights will be violated, I rest my case.
