And for those PPL who want it in symbols.. . Balanced body V=0m/s v≠0m/s While in rest. While in movement (V = velocity, m = meter, s = second) In rest:- _v=0m/s_ that means _velocity = 0 meter per second_ is because, the object is in rest, so it is not moving that makes 0 meter per seconds.. In motion:- _v≠0m/s_ means _velocity ≠ 0 meter per second_ because, the object is moving, and while moving it's in motion.. and because of being in motion, it's least motion will be _1 meter per second_ but it can't be 0 as it will be in rest if it came to 0.. That's a explanation of the symbols
