Do you have any plans to bridge the gap between react native and nextjs? One can imagine file system based routing, server components (pre compiled UI?), image optimizations, bundling optimizations and more importantly code reuse from nextjs elevate react native scene to become defacto way of building UIs, platform no bar.

So... a proper tutorial maybe? I mean you guys only introduce these cool features, but we, the community, have to figure all this out and make it work. I hope that you would show us how to implement these features in our migration from version 12.x.

The beta docs present it really well. It's actually extremely straight forward if you take a couple of hours to read through the docs, then grap some nextjs-12 sample apps and upgrade them to 13, it just clicks.

I think nextjs should have waiting until they had a mutation story. Now it looks like they are playing catch up and copying remix vs being the front runner official react full stack framework. They keep saying, go dynamic without limits, well, unless you want to mutate data, then it's not consistent with new fetch model and kind of a pain.

Please do not require next/link to automatically render an Anchor tag. Me and my team use next Link over custom components and buttons that aren’t A tags 90% if the time over an anchor tag. This will be a huge annoyance. And yes commenters, I know this isn’t SEO friendly but we’re building enclosed dashboards.
@agungsuryabangsa9504

You can create a custom component that redirects its children using next/router to replace that legacy Link. But that would require a lot of effort to replace all that legacy Link in your codebase, especially if it's a very huge one.
