These gets produced naturally in our body when a goal or target is completed. This video explains simple tips to increase the production of happy hormones by setting a target and completing the same. Foods like egg, fish, chicken, meat, milk, vegetables plant protein, that help in increasing happy hormone production.
Serotonin, mostly found in the digestive system especially in the gastrointestinal lining regulates our mental status, our moods, digestion, sleep patterns etc. Many of the medicines used for depression controls the Serotonin levels. To boost up Serotonin, Serotonin improving foods like milk, Oats, cheese, Tuna, nuts like cashew nuts, peanuts, walnuts, Almonds etc can be added in the diet.
Oxytocin is also called as love hormone since these are naturally produced in you when you hug, touch or have a relationship. These Hormones are also higher during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Cuddling a baby or playing around with a pet also increases Oxytocin.
Endorphins are also called as natural pain relievers. They help in relieving stress and tension. During intense workouts or during heavy exercises the Endorphins produced are higher. Laughing out loud, perfumes and essential oils are also known to increase the production of these happy hormones.
