There are PLENTY! Comedians are the only ones taking ANY risks. I think yuou might be selling comedians short here. Im not sure a childhood obsession with flags constitutes an education, although im sure he has one. But why would an education be necessary to run a social commentary? There are plenty of comedians that make cutting social observations and im sure some of them dont have a degree. Do you have a degree? And if so, disregard anything spoken by the plebs beneath you?

If you don't understand this logic it means something. Hahaha. Everyone has there weak and strong points. The basic point is this, if your job is to build a house than you aren't terribly concerned with every minor point, you just want to be certain everything is built up to snuff and the job is built with a profit. You don't need to be too concerned if it's a Mona Lisa, you just want it too be good or possibly great so you can get your money and build the next one. There's many more practical examples of it. Sometimes the enemy of good is perfection. If you're going to go to set out to do a job, sometimes you'd best set your expectations to fit reality and do what you know you can do and focus more on what you know you can do than expecting make miracles. Sometimes a simple job for you will be 1 million times better than another after using this approach.

We have a similar saying in English. Don’t let the perfect be the enemy of the good. Basically, we want perfection, but don’t reject something good just because it isn’t perfect.

@@davidowen1259 "The food is better over there" refers to the food in the US which is pretty bad precisely because it started out mostly Anglo. The Italians, French and a few others tried to turn the tide but in the end it still sucks in an Anglo sort of way. For example, all of the fake food, "meatless meat", processed cheese, etc. etc. are all Anglo inventions. MACCAS sucks hard-- but its better than the mushy peas and other slop in England. BTW,..... IN-AND-OUT burger is the best in the US....
