I live outside Hobart, moved from the UK (Leeds) in 1968 to become a foundation staff member of the Clinical School in Hobart-Department of Pathology. My many interests includes playing music, clarinet, reeds and flutes. We have been to listen to the Wurlitzer Organ at St Michael’s Collegiate many times, and have held musicals evenings at our home with many of Hobert’s musicians, including the main organist who play’s the Wurlitzer. He played music from the Phantom of The Opera on my Hammond, the best workout this Hammond has experienced, Fabulous musical evenings with everyone playing whatever their instruments. At nearly 86 I have ventured into the world of Yamaha Aranger Keyboards -much easier on my arthritic fingers, played most evenings, with headphones on so as not to disturb the household. The music played was daily fare on the radio during my growing up years, brings back lovely memories. Nothing like music to get folks together. Again, Greetings from Tasmania, Australia.🎼🎹👍😁🇦🇺🦘

@@TurtleFL Never looked back, life in Tasmania is superb, the ideal climate and clean unpolluted air, sunshine and clear skies for my astronomy. Summer's are great, if a little too warm at times. The bushfire seasons are getting worse, as are the cyclones and tropical storms. Climate change is something we all have to adjust to, very dry this summer, hard for our native fauna-we do what we can as we share our natural scrub 5-acre property-we let them eat whatever takes their fancy and plant much of what they like. Hope the winter is kind to you up north, Best regards from the ''Southern Cross Observatory-Tasmania 42 South''.

As I understand, Hammond is no longer manufacturing organs, sadly. I still have a K series made in 1983, a 50th Anniversary model. Not in this league of course. I am enjoying your presentation-what superb instruments and the skill to show them at their best. Greetings from Tasmania Australia 🎼🎹👍😁🦘

Well that was just beyond incredible!!! This man has the most talent, artistry, coordination and speed that I've seen with anyone on a 3-manual WERSI. That rag time piece, around 20+, just dropped my jaw! I've never heard good rag time on an organ before. But using all 3 keyboards at that speed, plus the heel and toe on the pedals is fabulous! I see this kind of thing and I want to just dump my kit and get a WERSI. LOL Not easy from where I am.

Greetings from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Varese, Italy. Surfing the internet, I was pleasantly surprised 46:25 to be introduced to you and your wonderful music. I am especially fond of your performance on the Hammond A100, as I owned one for 53 years having to then donate it to a church as my apartment was not large enough to accommodate it. Oh, how I miss it….But now I can enjoy it once again by listening to you playing for me over and over again. Thank you for sharing your talent with me on KZitem. 🙏🙏👍🏼👍🏼

They would have put more stout 6L6GC or 6550 vacuum tubes in the Hammond A100 instead of the 6bq5/ EL84 if all players were as harsh as this. Of course I'm not using harsh in a negative way here, but in a 'pushing gain' way. Of course he is a great player.

It's great to see and hear someone play "real organ music", just like most European organists do. The late Klaus Wunderlich is the organist to copy because so far nobody can surpass him. I (now 81) am a modest whistler-musician. KZitem my name ( Johannes Drinda ) to hear me whistling to organ music. Greetings from Joh in Townsville (N-Australia)
