Kyle O'neal not true speed bags are leather and hard there cupcake. You definitely don’t know shit about boxing or using a speed bag. He has conditioned his knuckles for this. An average joe would have bruising and cuts on the knuckles and hands from doing it for 3mins straight without Knuckle protection. I’ve seen plenty of guys using multiple different speed bags and after about 3 mins small drops of Blood will start slinging against the wall from tiny cuts and irritated knuckles. It’s why it’s good to use hand wraps or gloves. Unless your knuckles are conditioned.

Tristan Reaper Graham oh I see I guess its just been too long since I've had soft baby knuckles like the average Joe. I have underestimated my knuckle strength.

Kyle O'neal yeah same I do this all the time and I've never used knuckle protection only time I might cut my knuckle is when I'm being an idiot and go too hard on the heavy bag without gloves

@@VikingWolf84 Speed bags aren't hard. Today was the first day I finally was able to hit it properly with speed i.e 3 bounces and then hit.

Well I never really followed MMA until Conor put it on the TV. I did see some amateur fights in Atlantic City but never heard of Nate Diaz.
