Numbah 3's is the one that broke my heart the most. You thought he was going to actually have to break it down to her and break her heart, but it turns out she's pretty self aware of the fact that shes an air head and made one last play on herself just before he left. One last in character interaction before he goes.

I haven't watched this show in years, and its finale still stands out to my adult mind. The heartbreak of saying goodbye, the distinct difference in how each of them says their goodbyes, the slow spilling of tears, the earth-rocking soundtrack, the fact that Nigel calls each one by their real names, and his final speech to his team in that spotlight...this is the material that sticks with you into adulthood. Looks like I never grew up either.

This scene was done perfectly. Every character was on point. Numbuh 2- He was reminded that his tech was the best in the series and his inventions save the characters many times. He was encouraged to keep on improving. Numbuh 3- We as the audience realized that she’s not really an airhead, she’s just has a very happy loving personality that knows when to get serious. Numbuh 4- He tends to be angry quite a bit, and was angry initially, but as the scene goes on he calms down and accepts the reality of the situation, then tells Numbuh 1, he’ll always have back up. Numbuh 5- Absolutely perfect, after an entire series of build up, Numbuh 1 finally admits that Numbuh 5 was always the one meant to lead sector V, and was passed on the torch. Being the oldest and the most mature, this made sense.

I was 15 when this episode aired and the series ended. I stopped watching knd around 04-05 when I entered middle school. Didn’t realize I was becoming the “big kid” and how fast I was growing up and slowly disregarding everything I loved as a young kid. Sometimes I remember this episode and still remind myself to “stop growing up” even as a 30 y/o man.

This show had almost been around for a decade from 2002-2008. It was 3 years away and if Codename Kids Next Door had been around for 10 years, it would’ve ended in 2011

Codename: Kids Next Door, in my opinion, is quietly the only Cartoon Cartoon to have a proper ending

I didn't grow up watching KND full and through, I only saw the occasional clips of episodes. But still, this scene makes me emotional. Ben Diskin, Lauren Tom, Dee Bradley Baker, and Cree Summer's vocal performances are all nothing short of moving.

It's been a long time since I've watched Kids Next Door. I used to love this show...Never saw the ending before now. I'm glad to say that I never grew up and I don't intend to, no matter how much the worlds tried to beat me down for it. Thanks for uploading.
