[Ingredients for 2 people]
Toppogi rice cake…100g
Green onion ... 1/2
White sesame seeds…1 teaspoon
☆Seasoning
Sugar…1 tablespoon
Soy sauce…1 teaspoon
Gochujang ... 1 tablespoon
Grated garlic…1/2 teaspoon
Sesame oil…1 teaspoon
Water…300cc
1. Slice the green onions diagonally into 1 cm wide pieces.
2. Pour water into the pot and simmer for 2 minutes until the tteokbokki is soft.
3. Drain the hot water from the frying pan, add sesame oil, add the seasoning(☆) and mix. Heat toppogi and green onions over medium heat.
4. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Rice…2 bowls (400g)
Beef sliced meat…150g
Bean sprouts…1/2 bag (100g)
Carrot…1/2 (75g)
Spinach…1/2 bag (100g)
Sesame oil ... 2 tablespoons × 3
2 eggs
☆Seasoning for beef
Sake…1 tbsp
Sugar…1 teaspoon
Soy sauce ... 1 tbsp
Gochujang ... 1 tablespoon
Grated garlic…1/2 teaspoon
Grated ginger ... 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper...a little
★Seasoning for namul
Salt…1/3 teaspoon
White ground sesame…3 tbsp
Sesame oil…1 and 1/2 tbsp
1. Cut the carrots into thin strips, cut off the roots of the spinach, and cut into 3-4 cm wide pieces.
2. Separate the bean sprouts, carrots, and spinach into a large heat-resistant container so that they don't get mixed up. Squeeze out the water from the spinach, drain the bean sprouts and carrots and cool them down.
3. Prepare 3 bowls, put 1/3 amount of the seasoning(★) in each and mix. Add 3 to each bowl and mix (namul).
4. Put beef and the seasoning(☆) in a bowl and mix.
5. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, add the beef from step 4 and stir fry until the color changes.
6. Serve rice in a bowl, put half the amount of namul and beef from step 5 on top, and top with one egg yolk.
