This is a truly wonderful documentary of a full authentic Tokyo sushi experience from a quality sushi master. I fully recommend taking the 30 min and watching this as it is both relaxing and informative as well as will you make you long for some sushi immediately. I wish there were more quiet docs on food like this that allows you to be informed on the process but also quietly be engaged in the experience without a lot of endless commentary. An extremely well-made and unique experience video that I hope anyone who comes across takes the time to enjoy!
this video makes me hungry and i want to eat sushi🍣

I'm allergic to most raw seafood, but this guy or Jiro's sushi would be worth dying for. Such delicacy and care, this is discipline. I enjoyed this video alot, thanks uploader

I have to visit Japan someday and eat authentic sushi there. Love from Indonesia.
Great video! It reminded me of Jiro Dreams of Sushi in how the food was presented. The course looked very similar to what Jiro Ono does. Also, the chef reminded me of someone who may have been in the Jiro documentary. Perhaps this chef was an apprentice of Jiro Ono.

In the USA, Jiro sukiyabashi is the most famous sushi chef. His film is on Netflix as documentary. My American husband loved his story :)
