We went to Rajshahi, a city in Bangladesh, to try the amazing local and street food. Our food journey started with a lunch of Kala Bhuna Beef & Duck, a popular dish in the region. After lunch, we headed to "T-Badh," a famous tourist destination, where we had rolling ice cream and guava mixed with different achars and kashundi. As the sun began to set, we enjoyed a lime tea.
Next, we went to C&B Chattar to try Nihari & Roshogolla. Nihari was not that good but the Roshogolla was a must try.After that we went to Talaimari to try the Halim, a hearty stew made with meat, lentils, and wheat. Before trying that we had a refreshing coconut shake.
For dinner, we went to a restaurant and had the famous kalai ruti, a type of flatbread made with black gram flour, and duck curry. We finished our food journey with a malai tea and malta tea at Alokar Mor.
We had a wonderful time exploring the food scene in Rajshahi. The food was delicious and the people were friendly. We would definitely recommend Rajshahi to anyone looking for a culinary adventure.
