Great review. Off topic and a suggestion: Can you please add the Euro price when you discuss the price? Thanks!

Bought these and… I mean they are nice and supportive for a heavy runner like me but they feel kind of boring, my knees/ankles don’t hurt sure but It doesn’t feel like I can really pick the pace like I do with other shoes, kind of considering returning them for the Pegasus.

The upper is fantastic, but the tongue will rip if you pull at all...just be careful. Mine ripped. It doesn’t change the ride (which I love) but it’s annoying that it’s so expensive with a ripping tongue

Ah that’s annoying! It does seem an oddly flimsy design, though we haven’t had that problem yet 🤞

Looking forward to NB More v3, seems like a worthy competitor in the max cush game

Great review chaps. I've had 2 pairs of the first version of this shoe, really enjoyed it. I shall be getting version 2. I felt they performed ok at faster paces as well.

I have really enjoyed running in Infinity Run however had a problem with the midfoot being a bit too tight even going 1/2 size up. 1. Do you think I can go 1 size up with the improved lockdown? 2. I am surprised you call them on the firmer side and not as bouncy - I've found them being almost as bouncy and enjoyable as Fuelcell TC but I had to sell TC due to the ankle instability problems. And it's definitely more bouncy (I feel more energy return) than Triumph/Ride13 and slightly firmer than the Speeds - react foam works better for me than EVA(is usually the least fun)/TPU/PEBA (if no plate). It is also confirmed by the time and heart rate. Do you think it's a matter of the weight between pro runners and casual runners (I'm usually around 73-75 kg)?

I think # of ads has to do with commercial rules in your location, your history (cookies), browser, time of day, etc. I went through the whole video on my phone and got zero ads. I'm in The Netherlands, btw. Cheers

I’m looking for a shoe to do 12 hour shifts in a hospital, is there a running shoe you could recommend for that?
@TheRunTesters

Hi sorry it's not something I (Nick) can really help with that much, but most running shoes are comfortable and cushioned so should be good I'd have thought!

@@TheRunTesters Thank you for answering! Y’all have tried way more shoes than I ever will. Which shoe was the most plush and enjoyable to be in and have on your feet just standing around?

people do usually recommend Hoka Bondi for the long shifts.

@@FatUglySadMan I have also sent them back - too unstable, cumbersome and not enough cushion surprisingly! While Infinity Run feels very good on foot (apart from that bloody clip).

Great review! Two questions: I twisted my ankle in the first version just by running on the flat road and they were very unstable on turns. Do you think the second version improved enough to give it another try? I am choosing between ASICS Nimbus 23 and this for my regular 5 mile slow pace runs. I weigh 160 lbs and Nimbus feel like they are made for heavier people but they comfortable. Which one in your opinion is a better running shoe?

Thanks! If you didn't find the ride of the first one stable, I'd (Nick) say stay away. The upper has changed but otherwise it's much the same. Asics Nimbus 23 is a very solid shoe, we've got a review on the channel (kzitem.info/news/bejne/yISosGR6mnR8faQ) and I'd probably go for that based on your past experience!

Hi Monica, absolutely you can. There are 'faster' shoes out there than these but they'd definitely be comfortable over the distance depending on your race goals.

Not for me this one guys. Overpriced for a daily/easy trainer. I'd stick to my Novablast that has nearly 700km and counting that can do from easy to tempo.
