I always knew Niki was destined for great things. I watched her as a little girl cheerleading with the big highschool girls and singing around town with her girl group. She also won Miss Benton Harbor. She always had star quality. So proud to have known her and her family.

17:13 Thank you for the honesty, ladies. I thought it was just me. This is fascinating!!! The NDA ended it seems. If I may say Nicki seems to have some serious bitterness towards Madonna as she takes every chance to underline that Madonna didn’t write her songs for example. Madonna did write Vogue from what I know. I wish they had nice things to say about Madonna though. She did become the biggest pop star in history and all the difficulties that they had to endure, Madonna endured as well only exponentially. Also Janet Jackson wore a head mic in Control years before Blond Ambition, it wasn’t Rhythm Nation. Madonna isn’t Marlene Dietrich to kids today. Maybe to Nicki and Donna’s kids but come on. Kids know Madonna and Michael Jackson (and he died). I thought they loved each other.

I agree. If anything, the shows following 9/11 had Madonna trading out the Scottish tartan for an American flag…. And the comment about the dancers was also strange. In the 90s, more and more talent agencies scouted dancers and signed them to their agencies. That doesn’t mean that individual dancers had their own agents. It means that dancers that were signed to agencies were considered to be elite and they likely had an advantage over dancers who walked in to auditions independently.
