I've gone full circle with Nikki Sixx. I bought Too Fast For Love when it came out. I think I got it in December 1981. Through the years, I definitely fell off with Crue. All these years later, I've come to like and respect Nikki as he seems to have found himself and what really matters in life. He seems much more pleasant and likable. I personally liked that album as years went on. I was too much of “it’s not Like Shout or TFFL, they got soft!” early on but years later as I grew up and really listened to it, great songs are on that record..City Boy Blues, Use It Ir Lose It, Save Our Souls. It’s just my opinion is all but respect yours as well which I do agree with. It’s sad though it didn’t get the recognition it should..thinking of it now instead of at that moment. My first record was Shout and I brought it to art class in the 4h grade to listen to. Everyone thought my Twin and I were Devil worshipers..it was a Catholic School, not too smart thinking back on it but pretty funny. Thought I’d share a little Crüe story there.

How does Nikki Sixx look so good for someone who is supposed to have taken so many drugs? What's the secret? Is it the fact that he partied extremely hard but luckily managed to quit after a fairly short period of time? Often you can tell the kind of lifestyle someone has lived just by looking at their face. I tried reading the heroin diaries but I couldn't bring myself to read the whole book at the time. I would love to go back in time and shoot up with him and then go forward in time and be sober with him.
