I am an old dude, who has been watching NBA basketball for more than 50 years. Until now, I'd say Magic and Bird and Jason Kidd were the best passers I have seen. Walton was the best passing big man. Jokic is the best passer I've seen at any position. And he does it every game. This year he's AVERAGING a triple double.... He's only 27 years old!

Total homer here, don't get me wrong. I truly think Jokic is 1 of 1, we may never see anyone quite like him, and I'm happy he plays for the team I root for. I'd like to think I'd be a Jokic fan regardless, because he's been so consistently amazing.

@@clover7726 Good analysis. And he goes over the top on many of his passes, too; some delivered with a feathery touch; others shot out of a cannon. My favorites are the half-court, look-away, off-the dribble, bounce passes for a lay-up. He seems to do it once a game! To me, he's the most fun player to watch; hands down. He's a tough sumbitch, too. Morris of the Heat found that out last year when Jokic flattened him after a cheap shot.

@@FlashMeterRed It's not only being aware of where everyone is, but being able to instantaneous make the pass. Jokic is the Best Passing Big Man ever, and may be the greatest Passer ever before his Career is over, despite the fact that he probably won’t have the most assists! To be honest, if you pick just 20 random games of Jokic, it would already be sufficient to make one of the greatest passing compilations ever. It will take a while for people to realize it, but Jokic is already the passing GOAT. His best career passes and assists compilation will be hours long. It's insane.

The three big men you mentioned all have their strengths which jokic can't even dream to match, Kareem is arguably the greatest bucket getter ever, up there with Bron, Hakeem is probably the shiftiest big man ever, and also arguably the best defensive player ever , also a top 10 player,,, Wilt is just a freak of nature. The only reason why jokic has won multiple MVPs is cos the competition in the NBA is not what it used to be in the past few years. If every NBA superstar have had healthy seasons for like the past three years, I don't think he would have won more than once

He might not have most of one thing, but he will for sure be first or near the top in overall stats. Usually a jack of all trades is seen as a bad thing since you do everything, but you aren't great at anything in his case it is not so, he is top tier in scoring, passing, jumping, rebounds, blocks. No wonder he has two consecutive MVP's and possibly a third one and maybe more.

@@flashlike That's the most ridicules thing I've heard all day. If Joker was a selfish man he could score 40 to 50 a night. He makes it look easy. If you have ever played basketball what Jokic does is very difficult to do. You have to be thinking all the time and have excellent court awareness of where everyone is as well as the ability to choose a different pass for the situation. If you watch he uses every pass in the book. Some of the bounce passes even have a different spin so they rotate toward the player. Pretty cool. That is how a big man should play basketball these days. Best in the world.
