Ingredients: 6 Pcs Prawns (Hipon) (About 1 Lb), 1 1/2 Cups Gin (Liquor used for the Marinade), 1 1/2 Cups Flour (Harina), 1/2 Cup Cornstarch, 1 Tsp Salt and 1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper, 2 Cups Cooking Oil for frying
For the Dipping Sauce: 1/2 Cup Sugarcane Vinegar, 1 Pc Small Size Shallot (Sibuyas Tagalog) (Minced), 1 Clove Garlic (Crushed with skin on), Pinch of Salt and Pepper
