The day got away from me and now it’s 28 degrees F, and I was thinking about doing a treadmill run… but after watching Nina, I’m all layered up and ready for the cold. This channel remains such a huge inspiration for me. Thank you Sweat Elite for all the work you all put into bringing us this great content🙌🏾💙

Measuring lactate to see if the start is too fast (= lactate higher than planned according to threshold and vomax tests) etc
@TheSqueak99
2 жыл бұрын
She is saying 2.5,2.6,3,8 etc It represents mmol/l - which is the concentration of lactate in the blood - around 4mmol/l is threshold but some have higher and lower lactate threshold than others but for the most part 4 is the number you’ll dictate your threshold HR / Power or pace at.
