.Followed your recommendations for these ribs and it turned out fantastic. My wife really liked the taste and I like the ease of making them. Added some garlic mashed potatoes as a side and it being my first time using the air fryer mode on my ninja I was very pleased as well. Thanks for sharing your method of making baby back ribs.

You are very welcome. If you want other videos of something just let me know and I’ll do it. I love my ninja and I use it roughly 5 times a week if not more

Just what I was thinking before I read your comment. Also, The ribs should be pressure cooked first, removed, then add bbq sauce for air fry.

You steamed them with sauce. Also, the liquid needs to be removed before air frying.

FYI: for measures of complete safety, if you're watching this in 2024 and beyond: DO NOT FIDDLE with the [SEAL] / [VENT] valve when you are at the "venting" stage. If you're a woman be aware - THIS IS A GUY THING doing it dangerously the way only a guy would (no need to boast your modern-day desires to be competitive. lol 😂) Just turn the dial to [VENT] and allow the steam to release and the button to drop on its own. You have already reduced the hours it takes to make them this tender...so there's no need to rush the venting process and chance being burned. He's not wrong, but consider his experience with the pressure lid may not be your own. Some people can easily be startled by things, I.e. not hearing someone, like a child walking up behind you and tapping, something falling in the home, off a shelf, etc...anything. Best to step away and not risk it 🙏 Otherwise, this method is golden!

I made a pork butt in mine today from Sams. I always break it down into fist size chunks, it cooks so much better. Spot on at 1.5 Hours.

Blood doesn't hurt you. Its actually recommended to NOT wash raw meat anymore because it spreads bacteria all over your sink. Hes cooking the meat to a safe Temperature so it doesn't matter if the meat is unwashed. Yes he should sanitize anything that the raw meat touched, like that puddle of juice on his stove top. Im sure he did.
