Part of the reason this song resonates with me is the journey the guitar takes me on. Soft, clear and melancholy builds into a loud, distorted and distressed sound. It makes me feel something beautiful regardless of what it makes you feel

for some reason this riff feels like it is the seattle sound summed even though i’ve never been all i can ever hear is people saying it wasn’t a good place to be in the 90s with no money, hardly any jobs and the big herion scene. evreytime i hear this song it just reminds me of kurt being dead and i don’t know why maybe it’s because he knew that this would be his last recording, who knows? we’ll never know.

What program do you use to do this magic?
@pietpadda593

The stems are available online. Do a couple of google searches for stems, multitracks, moggs, isolated tracks etc. Options to create them manually: 1) Use centre cutting on stereo-mixed guitars via software such as Audacity 2) Run AI algorithms like the deezer spleeter. There are websites using the code which you can google around for. 3) Use frequency and panning isolation software such as Riffstation. It allows to see the sound in terms of Left, mid and right. Then you can set an isolation band (knob to adjust the width) around a section to hide the rest. Then tweak the frequency (also a knob) with either a low or high-pass setting for isolating bassier or treblier notes. Option 1 gives a clearer guitar sound but has lots of bleeding. Option 2 is less clear but can isolate 5 stems (drums, bass, guitar/strings/synth etc., piano, vocals) with minimal bleeding. I prefer Option 1 for isolation and Option 2 for mixing the guitars louder in a song. Option 3 is good all-round, especially for finding sounds hidden in the centre only, or L/R only, when it is mixed in such an open, spacious way. Trick to let guitars stand out even more: Use your EQ. Cut the lower f's, boost the mid f's and cut the highest f's. Your EQ bar should roughly look like a bell curve. The meat of guitars exist mostly in the 500Hz to 4kHz spectrum. Most of the guitar's bass lies in the 250Hz range and most treble in the 8kHz range. Cut the 250Hz and 8kHz ranges out at it overlaps with the bass guitar, and 8kHz as it overlaps with drum cymbals. Don't underestimate EQ. It can reveal hidden notes that are buried in the mix without using stem isolation.

@@cobrademon761 it depends how much kbps (kilobits per second) the higher the kbps, the more storage it will take up, and the higher quality the audio will sound take this video that we're on, if you were to download an mp3 if this video, the highest you would be able to download is 320 kbps, and it would be an estimated 10.21 megabytes, depending on how long the video is, the lowest you can get is 64 kbps, which is kinda good, but not high quality, its around 2 megabytes, but it also depends on the audio format, there is WAV, MP3, OGG, and FLAC, i'm mostly a wav guy, cause wav is the highest quality audio one. sorry i just gave an explanation you most likely didn't ask for but i just wanted you to be aware of how much storage a video can actually take
