Gotta say this looks like the best thought out camper van layout I've seen. Only question, is the potty able to set out to be accessible at night? My wife and I need to do a potty visit about 2 times a night. Thanks for posting this video. I'll have to keep some of your ideas in mind.

Hi thanks for the nice comments. Yes we also had to get up during the night and there was room for the porta potty against the left side wall between the fridge and the seat cabinet. It was snug but worked just fine for us.

Hi Denis... enjoyed your tour. We too have a 2500 which we have converted. We so love it. And, we are continually adding, adapting, changing... I have a great need to know what you used to raise and lower your bed?????? My husband fixed a manual lifting of my head, but I need something mechanical, if possible. Thanks.....

Hey dennis nice work. how did you deal with the side passenger air bag when you installed the storage above the cockpit?
@denistherrien1602
3 жыл бұрын
the air bag that comes out of the dash only goes up about 1 foot of dash, the compartment is mounted above the side curtain airbags that blow downward, and the side air bags that come out of the seat blow across side window glass. so the compartment does not intrude into any of those areas. hope that answers your question.

Great build. Can you tell me where you got the water diverter that is mounted over the sliding door? I have an NV2500 high top and need a gutter so that I can have the door open in the rain without water dripping down on my galley and into the step well. Thanks!

@@denistherrien1602 I was scrolling through the comments just for this question! Good to know, I'm 5'9 and I was thinking I needed a high roof for a build out but didn't like the fact that it can be top heavy. I think I can get away with this model instead. Thanks for the info. BTW, amazing build my man! 😎👌🍻👏

*Very creative on that 'Bike Rack + Bonus Storage'* ( *looks hideous as hell though, and makes 'backing-up' a nightmare!* ) *I hate to think just how much stress that 'add-on' places on the attachment points on the chassis when going over 'speed bumps and pot-hole 'dips'*

hi Denis are these Nissans reliable..? they are like Toyotas ( Japanese) ?
@denistherrien1602

yes very reliable, only weak are to keep a close eye on is water pump leaking which is fairly hidden and hard to get to. when you change the timing belt i would recommend to just replace it.

awning is a Fiamma f45s built in Italy and sold through their distributer in Florida, just google Fiamma USA, i custom mounted it to the roof rack i built so it would be higher and i wouldn't have to drill more holes through body.
