Hi George, Tim Palmer here. Just going back to this legendary 20 part uninstall/install head gasket for Nissan X-Trail series we have found 1 mistake. If you look at the end of the last chapter (part 4) the 5 internal & external bolts that go in the upper front timing case (not the 7 that go around the outside in a tightening sequence) are not present. Then Part 5 starts with you inserting the tensioner, and the 5 bolts are clearly visible. Did you lose that sequence in editing? The relevant bolts are two inside the case (about 3 oclock and 9 oclock) two outside (including the long bolt towards the back (at 7 oclock), and the final single "hidden" bolt in the cutout below the top timing chase outer cover. I knew I'd missed that step and went back an checked your removal video of the reverse sequence then watched your reinstall and it wasn't there. Unfortunately I realised this after reattaching (sealing) the case cover so had to backtrack quite a bit. This is the only error I can see in the entire series!! You are so fastidious I thought you'd want to fix it or add a note. The only other potential issue across the whole series is the torque settings for the head bolts. Where you tighten the first time to 5 Nm I think it is meant to be 50Nm. Most printed documentation says 50. All the best Tim Palmer

Will have a close look later. I do edit and errors pop up and my editing and file saving etc is not great. I film everything on my iPhone.

@@killawattgarage As I say... a 20 part series and the only 1 small error is an omission in the edit .... fantastic!
