Tell me you have skills without telling me you have skills. Phenomenal work even with a missing gear.

Ahoj from one Czech to another. Great driving despite losing 3rd gear. I've had plenty of issues with 3rd in my Hillclimb/Time-Attack Merkur, it's hard to be fast without third.

The 3rd gear in hondas... I have found that a mix of OEM fluid + half a quart of sinthetic 10w50 does the job of protecting a bit better and bringing that viscosity up just a bit.

Yeah. I've been struggling with gearboxes this year due ti a few reasons. Should be all solved and figured for next year

@@EricKutilRacing I get you, blew my CD5 Accord gearbox last year while on a touge, sad moment as it was the original trans and engine on the car, but the excuse to H swap was born 😂, give the 10w50 + honda fluid mix a try, we use it a lot here in Colombia that we have a lot of mountains so it's common to see gearboxes overheat.

Are your water temps always this high (229) at one point? I have my cut off set at 222 and I've been hitting it on track, am I being too careful 😂

Although I wouldn't recommend it, yeah they got pretty hight that event. It was a hot event and I was certainly pushing it with my tiny radiator. The radiator had a lot of debris within the fins that I cleaned out after this event and it significantly improved.

Is the telemetry + video overlay captured from the solo2 or the ic7 dash ?
@EricKutilRacing
Жыл бұрын
So I run a solo2 dl that captures all my lap time info. The solo is also connected to the haltech elite 1500 via can and can record all the ecu data as well. I then download data from the solo and use that to create this template that I custom made to look like the ic7 dash (almost exactly how I run it in the car)

It's detuned to hit 198 whp flat from 6k to 8k. I do this with drive-by-wire detuning, essentially limit the Throttle body opening to pull power and keep it at 198
