NO BAKE BROWNIES | CHOCOLATE BROWNIES RECIPE | Inspire PJE
INGREDIENTS
Brownies
▪️1 1/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
▪️1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
▪️1 Tsp Coffee Powder
▪️1/4 Tsp Salt
▪️380g Evaporated Milk
▪️1/3 Cup Butter
▪️3/4 Cup Sugar
Chocolate Ganache (Optional)
▪️143g (1/2 Cup) Evaporated Milk
▪️3 (1/2 Cup) 35g Goya Dark Chocolate
Toppings (Optional)
▪️Chopped Peanuts
PROCEDURE
Brownies
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, coffee powder and salt.
2. In a pan over low heat, combine butter, milk and sugar. Let it simmer until the sugar is dissolved.
3. When the sugar is dissolved, gradually add the dry ingredients. Mix well in every addition.
4. Cook the dough for 4 to 5 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined the dough is no longer sticking to the pan.
5. Transfer the dough on any container you want. Let it chill for 30 minutes before adding the ganache on top.
Chocolate Ganache
1. In a pan over low heat, add evaporated milk and chocolate. Mix well.
2. Let it simmer until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is thickened.
3. Add the ganache on top of the brownies. Spread it evenly.
4. Add chopped peanuts on top.
5. Let it chill overnight or atleast 4 to 5 hours.
