These look great! Here's a TIP- wad your parchment into a ball (like you would a piece of scrap paper to throw away) Open it back up and the 'crunched' paper will fit easily into the corners of your pan.

Hello Danny, are you French? You name is really uncommon, maybe in my country. Hehehe... These cookies look amazing! You're very talented, but no peanut butter for me.. I don't love the taste. I will definitely try your recipe maybe with cacao powder, thanks. God bless you and your hard work!

Hello Dani. Thank you for the delicious peanut butter squares recipe! I used steel cut oats, reduced sugar dried cranberries, and honey (didn’t have maple syrup) with natural peanut butter. I tossed in chia seeds for added nutrition. These are such an awesome snack and quick breakfast to go. Thank you also for the delicious banana oatmeal breakfast cookies. Those are a hit in our house. Happy Spring!

Were steelcut oats not too hard? I'd prefer to use them too but did you cook or soak them? Thanks.

This is great! I've been looking for alternatives for that late morning hunger. I work outdoors and have been grabbing shakes or bars to get me through the morning. This looks easy, cheap and convenient. And did I mention I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER! Thank you!

First I want to say thank you very much for sharing this, my kiddo adores peanut butter and granola bars so this will be the perfect way to give him some protein without worrying about the crazy amount of sugar that goes with it. Secondly, please yes do make a diy peanut butter video!
