@@boyfrommars1868 I think in one meal our body can take up to 20..30g of protein. But that doesn't mean if you have more than that it won't digest..it will but take a longer time to digest. Anything too much will have side effects..but in moderation no issues.

I can suggest as you go with 1) go for shake - protein powder+ oats + Banana+ peanut butter 2) chicken breast or soya chunks curry or panner curry or fish fry with regular afternoon lunch or curd rice 3)night two eggs omlette with regular dinner 4) eat one fruit or vegetables like cucumber or carrots daily Drink enough water . Just with a small modified version of urs

Mass gainer lo sugars or carbs full untay , if you have a small blender better option is to make a shake with some seeds( like pumpkin , sunflower, watermelon,etc) banana and raw whey protein powder and with one spoon of peanut butter,it can be batter than most mass gainer and healthy.
