Dr Osbourne I am so grateful that I found you over four years ago, you changed my life and saved me from chronic pain and suicide. I’m living a carnivore lifestyle after living a year of ‘no pain no grain’ and realising all my other food allergies. My health is really good now, feeling fitter, stronger, younger, with more stamina and endurance too. Meat, eggs and salt, and I feel great, so a big thank you to you!😊

I doctor myself with antifungal meds and herbals and diet and education. I spent thousands of dollars in 20 yrs and no one could help me. Im now a nutritionist b1, gluten, cirs, oxalate literate.....and more BAM! I ordered Osborn's food and nutrient test and went from there. Lots of work but empowering. Parasite cleanses vip.

Dear Dave and Dr. Osborne,I want to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful podcast you create. Your episodes are a true pleasure to listen to and provide so much valuable information.Your explanations on various topics are incredibly helpful and have greatly expanded my knowledge. I admire your ability to make complex issues understandable and accessible to everyone.Thank you for the time and effort you put into the podcast. Your work is truly significant and highly appreciated. I have a question for Dr. Osborne and would be extremely grateful if he could answer it.Can someone who works with resins (used to make spoilers for motorcycles and cars) experience contamination similar to mold exposure, and could this lead to sensitivities to gluten and dairy?Thank you!

I find this so interesting! I have celiac, but tend to not do well with corn - especially in a more condensed form like corn chips/tacos versus fresh corn. I’m ok with a little white rice. I’ve had granola recently, but not large amounts of plain oats. I just feel better overall when I keep grains to a minimum.
